ACT & SAT Preparation

Seniors who plan to take or retake the ACT and/or the SAT need to register online as soon as possible. Test dates are listed below.

ACT Online Prep - ACT offers an online prep course for the ACT. It is the only official electronic guide to the ACT Assessment (with writing test). The cost is $19.95 for a one year use of the program. You can create a password and access it today at www.actstudent.org.

Juniors are advised to register for the April, May or June test dates.

Every year, the question of how to prepare for these tests always arises. Both the ACT and the SAT state that the best preparation for these tests is a solid curriculum in the first three years of high school. Students at Madison Christian School will have this preparation by the end of their junior year. However, if there are students who wish further preparation, Petersons offers (for a fee) an online test preparation course. It can be accessed at www.petersons.com/testprepchannel.
