HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER TEAMS WIN SCHOLASTIC AWARDS
Congratulations to the Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls Soccer Teams. Both teams received the 2011 Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association Team Award. We are very proud of all of their accomplishments on the field and in the classroom.

HIGH SCHOOL MID-TERMS
9th-12th grade classes will be taking midterm exams January 18th, 19th, and 20th. Exam schedules are available in the Jr./Sr. High office.

PAGE TURNERS
This 4th-6th grade club gives students an opportunity to further their research and discovery skills in the library by pursuing creative activities in education, outside of what takes place during the regular school day. Students meet once a month to dig a little deeper into subjects that are interesting to them and discover the fun involved in research and fellowship.

SPIRIT WEEK 2012
The Jr./Sr. High will celebrate Spirit Week January 23rd- 27th. GO EAGLES!

2012 MCS HOMECOMING
Come on out Jan.27th to be a part of the basketball Homecoming festivities. The JV boys basketball team will play at 6 p.m. and the varisty game begins at 7:30 p.m. It will be a great night to celebrate the Lord's blessing on Madison Christian School. The annual Homecoming Dance for 9th-12th grade MCS students will be held on Jan. 28th at Hickory Lakes in Pickerington.

ALUMNI EVENT
There will be a special event after the Varsity Homecoming game on January 27th for all of our MCS graduates. The MCS Booster Club would like to invite all MCS alumni to stop by the MCC Fireside Room for food, beverages and fellowship following the game. Alumni always receive free admission to all regular season home sporting events including the Homecoming games. We would love to have the opportunity to visit with our graduates and celebrate where the Lord has taken them.

MCS MEET THE TEAM NIGHT
The first ever annual MCS Meet the Team Night was a huge success! We celebrated the opening of the new student section - The Nest- and introduced the teams to the fans. The highlight of the evening was the alumni game. We would like to extend a special thank you to the alumni for making the evening a lot of fun.

BODY BUILDERS
As followers of Christ we are called to serve as He did. Body Builders allows the students an opportunity to learn how to serve others and help build the body of Christ. Body Builders is designed for 3rd and 4th grade students. The group meets once a month for one hour after school. Each meeting opens with scripture, prayer, and a short lesson. Then the group makes plans to be the hands and feet of Christ through conducting service projects.
